My name's Martin Alex, and let me tell you about my driving journey. A story of overcoming limiting beliefs that started with a crash soon after I got my license.
That accident shook me to my core.
It wasn't even my fault. An inexperienced and unlicensed driver losing control in the rain, right in front of me. Forcing me into a collision to avoid disaster.
Thankfully, nobody was seriously hurt. But that crash left me with a ton of self-doubt and shattered confidence.
I was so scared to go out on the roads again that it started affecting my everyday life.

Through journaling, you'll be prompted to examine each belief and ask, "Is this always true? Could there be another side to this?" By the end of the session, you'll be open to seeing a broader, more enriching view of driving and your capabilities.
Day 7 - Solidifying Your Discoveries
Let's consolidate the week's progress! Today, we'll encapsulate your revelations from the past days into concise memory cards. These cards serve as tangible reminders and confidence boosters. Every time you go through them, you're reinforcing your understanding of your fears: where they come from, why they exist, and most crucially, how they don't define you.
As you wrap up this first week, reflect on your journey. Acknowledge the newfound clarity about your fears. How has this recognition shifted your confidence, even if it's just a bit?
